TWI Awareness Training

In order to prepare the management for the introduction of TWI, we offer awareness training in TWI. This training gives the management an overview of the different TWI methods in order to give them an idea of the program. In this way the management can create a number of goals and preconditions before the implementation of TWI starts.

In the training TWI Job Instruction and TWI Job Relations are briefly explained (and possibly also Job Methods and Job Safety).

With this training one is not yet able to apply the method. It gives a bird's-eye view of the programme and its interrelationships. At the end of the day you will be able to define goals and preconditions for a first pilot application.
